ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Orders are generally shipped using one of the following flat rates. Generally orders will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days.

The two flatrates for any shipments within the EU are:

€ 5 for the Duster. These are shipped to your mail box. The packaging is under 3cm and will fit into any European mail box. Comes without tracking.

€ 10 for the Stands and Holders, or a quantity of two or more Dusters. Comes with tracking.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@vinyfix.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
